We begin with a virtual call to walk through the process, what’s included, review pricing and deposit details, and make sure everything is clear from the start. Once you’re ready and pricing is finalizing, we will have another call to confirm design options and go over how to submit your photos, videos, and all site content. The goal is simple: make sure we’re aligned and ready to build a site that showcases your talent and sets you apart.
Build
Once we have your content, it’s go time. We will secure your domain, set up all the technical details, and get started! When the site is ready for you to review we will provide a password protected link for you to preview the site. This is your opportunity to review everything for accuracy and make sure the site is exactly what we discussed. Finally, we will have one last call to review the site together so we can discuss any final changes.
Launch
Once you approve the site it’s time to go live! Now you can add the link to your social profiles and start sharing it in emails with coaches and recruiters. We’ll also show you how to use Google Analytics to see geographically where website visitors are coming from. The end result will be a clean, professional online presence built to make you stand out. And, as your skills grow, we can update your site so it always reflects your progress.

Elite Student Athletes grew out of my own family’s recruiting journey. I’m a proud mom of two student athletes and am currently navigating the high school recruiting process with my son. As part of that process, I built his recruiting website so college coaches could easily view his skills, stats, videos, and accomplishments all in one place — and so he had a single link he could confidently share in emails and on social media.

What qualifies me to build recruiting websites?
I bring together two worlds: real recruiting experience and professional marketing expertise. I’ve spent years working in the corporate world as a marketing professional, specializing in website design, digital strategy, and storytelling. Combining that experience with my firsthand knowledge as a sports parent felt like a natural next step.

Prices will be reviewed during our Discovery Call. Each website is built for a flat rate with no hidden fees.
Monthly maintenance and annual renewal plans are simple and straightforward.

We will send you a questionnaire to complete with all required information.
Photos can be uploaded to the questionnaire and should be provided in high resolution JPG format. We will do minor edits to photos such as cropping and filter enhancements.
Videos can be shared as YouTube or Vimeo links, or as short MP4 files if they’re already edited and ready to go.

Once we receive all of your photos, video links, and completed questionnaire, the process to complete your website will take approximately 2-3 weeks.

It is very important to keep your website up to date with your latest metrics, highlight videos, height, weight, and even your GPA. Just email us to let us know what needs to change or what you need to add, and we will get it on our schedule as soon as possible.
We offer monthly or annual website maintenance options to cover these types of updates. -
We recommend athletes keep their websites as long as they keep playing. Especially with the popularity of transferring during your college career, It is important to be consistent with your online presence.
When you no longer need your website just let us know and we will take it down. If you would like to save the site for the future, or for memories, we can easily transfer ownership of the website to you.
